In a bowl, combine the beans, drained red onion, artichokes, and black olives. Dress with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and mix well. To serve, on a flat plate, spread the bean cream on the base, place the bean and artichoke mixture on top and decorate with the croutons and thyme leaves, both fried and fresh.
